An assessment will need to be done on the carpet or upholstery, this is vital to determine fibre type/content, age and condition. When this is done we can then give a no obligation qoutation. Both the assessment and the qoutation are free of charge.
How will my carpets be cleaned?
First of all the area is thoroughly vacumed to lift any loose particles from the carpet. An alkaline pre-spray is then applied to the carpet, This is agitated in to the fibres with a pile brush and left to dwell. The carpet is then deep cleaned using a hot water extraction machine and a mildly acidic solution to neutralise the alkaline pre-spray. After this, the carpet fibres are combed upright to help return its new resilience and aid in a more rapid drying, therby preventing premature matting. The end result- Amazingly clean carpets!
How will my seating be cleaned?
We clean fabric seating much the same as carpets, using hot water extraction and carefully chosen pre-sprays and chemicals. We ensure no mess is made and sheets are laid around the furniture while cleaning. Your sofa will be cleaned using as little water as possible and is usually dry within 2-3 hours of completion. This can vary depending on the fabric type and condition.
We also have the option of foam cleaning for fabric upholstery which can leave office chairs, sofas etc. dry in less than 2 hours, this is ideal for commercial customers that need fast cleaning and drying in time for start of business.
Can you protect my carpets & upholstery from spills and staining?
Yes! We can apply soil and stain repellents to your carpets, rugs, sofas, curtains and even your mattress! We use special fluorochemicals that form a protective shield around the fibres, making them significantly more resistent to stains. These protectors have passed durability tests giving you peace of mind that they can and will work in preventing stains soaking in to the fibres of your carpets and soft furnishings.
How will my leather seating be cleaned?
We clean all types of leather upholstery. We use the very best leather care products to deep clean, condition and protect it. First of all your leather is assessed to confirm its type and to find any defects or weaknesses in the finish. We can then deep clean and condition the leather. Then finally we will protect the leather. This maintains a proper moisture balance and creates a protective barrier against everyday soil build up, Helping your leather stay in great shape for longer!
What about rug cleaning?
Rugs can be cleaned in your home depending on soiling and size and for your convenience we offer a pick up & delivery service, Simply give us a call! we will collect the rug from your home/office and return it to you perfectly clean and dry. we clean all types of rugs from shag to oriental.
Can you get rid of troublesome stains?
We are equipped with an array of solutions and chemicals to eradicate most type of stains from coffee to nail varnish! If we can't remove a stain then it cannot be removed! Please remember- the longer you leave a stain on your carpet/fabric the more difficult it will be to remove. Call us a soon as a stain appears for the best results.
Are your chemicals safe to use in my familys home?
Yes! We only use professional grade chemicals designed for the sole purpose of carpet cleaning. Your carpets will be completely clean and safe to walk on as soon as they have dried. A copy of all the safety data sheets for each chemical are available on request.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Drying times vary depending on a number of factors including the degree of treatment, fibre type and humidity but we would estimate it to be approx 3-6 hours. We recommend that you do not walk on the carpets until they have dried although sometimes this cannot be avoided. In such cases try to avoid wearing footwear on freshly cleaned carpets.
